Noble Smart built the **Delivery Hub+** app as a Free app to work with our Delivery management software. Background Location Access
This app collects your location data even when the app is closed or not in use.
Background location tracking is required to:

• Enable continuous delivery tracking for your company.
• Provide real-time driver location updates to dispatchers.
• Ensure accurate route tracking throughout the delivery process.

Your location data is transmitted to our servers to allow your company to monitor delivery progress and optimize operations. Background location access can be disabled at any time through your device settings, but this may affect the app's core functionality.

Location data is used for operational purposes only and is not shared with third parties except as necessary for delivery fulfillment.

3. Camera and Photos

Our app uses your device camera for the following purposes:

• Delivery Proof : capturing photos as proof of successful delivery.
• Barcode/QR Code Scanning : scanning packages for order identification and tracking.
• Customer Signature : capturing customer signatures to confirm receipt of deliveries.

Photos captured through the app are uploaded to our servers and associated with the relevant delivery record. We do not access your personal photo gallery or media library beyond what is necessary for these functions.

4. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications to your device. Notifications are used for:

• New order assignments and updates.
• Delivery status changes.
• Important system alerts and announcements.

You can manage or disable notifications through your device settings at any time.

5. Storage Access

Our app requires access to your device storage to:

• Save delivery proof images temporarily before upload.
• Cache app data for offline functionality.
• Store configuration files for app operation.

We do not access, read, or collect personal files stored on your device.
